My favourite part of the day is waking up and making a keto coffee!
A keto coffee is best way to start your day! It's basically coffee with added fats in, whether that be coconut oil, MCT oil, double cream or all 3!
I keep mine simply and basically use:
Almond Milk or TBS double cream
1 or 2 TBS coconut oil
Teaspoon sugar free syrup (salted caramel / vanilla are my favourite)
That's it, nice & easy, but you can have it anyway you like. I would say if you are going to use MCT oil, only start with a teaspoon to begin with as it can cause some stomach upsets (completely normal). I would also say this breaks a fast as it contains calories, so if you are going to fast just have a black coffee by itself.
