There is no better way to stick to a keto lifestyle than to just keep things simple! I see so many people trying to use low carb this and sugar free that too often, I know because I'm one of them. So I always remind myself to go back to the basics. Honestly, if you're stuck and don't know what to eat or feel abit overwhelmed, just keto it simple.
